| Yes! You will need to keep your original passport handy along with a scanned copy and you will need to use a computer equipped with a web camera to sign up online. You will be identified by our call centre agent and your ID checked and logged in to our database after the agent sees the original passport. No. You dial from V-tel Mobile as you do normally. Dial +country code, area code, and then phone number. There are NO codes to be dialed before or after a call. |

Do I need to pay a security deposit for my V-tel Mobile? |

No. There is no deposit required for the V-tel Mobile Welcome Kit given to you. |

Will my credit card be blocked, if I have to subscribe to V-tel Mobile? |

No. Your credit card shall be verified for authenticity and only the Activation Fees will be charged on your credit card. No other charge or authorization will be done against your credit card. |

To make local and national calls, dial the number with the “1”, e.g. to dial anywhere within USA, say number 586 454 2222 you will need to dial l586 454 2222.
Making international calls
Option 1: Direct Dial:
To make an international call
1. Dial the International prefix ‘00’
2. Then dial the country dialing code, e.g. 91(for India) or 44 (for UK)
3. And then dial the destination number.
For example,
For dialing Indian number 012-3456 7890 you would dial 00911234567890 or 011911234567890 or +911234567890
For dialing U.K number number 012-3456 7890 you would dial 004411234567890 or 011441234567890 or +441234567890
For your convenience, you can dial the number from your phone book, however you need to store the number with ‘00’ prefix, including country code and destination number |

Having problem using the above dialing option: follow the following steps
Two stage Dialing via Toll Access number or Toll Free number.
- Dial Toll access number (18001028835) , you will hear a voice prompt message asking you to dial destination number. Please follow the dialing process as follows:
a) When calling a landline phone - when prompted, enter the destination number, starting with country code, city code and the destination number. For example, to call the number 32345678 in Mumbai, you would dial "912232345678". You do not have to dial '011' the international access code as applicable in USA.>
b) When calling a cellular phone - when prompted, enter the destination number, starting with country code and the cellular number. For example, to call the number 9322000000 in Mumbai, you would dial “919322000000”.
